The location was good... just off the interstate...

Breakfast was fair.... if you like Walmart brand juice, cereal, yoghurt, etc The room fridge was set too cold and it froze my foods, some of which had to be tossed.. Rooms and bldg is outdated... needs updating

Nice floors nice desk lady at 10pm

My room was covered in black beetle looking bugs they were on the ceiling the curtains,AC, window sill, window, walls .. I called front desk they looked and said it's a normal bug,?? I woke up at 3am they were on the bed the floor ECT. Breakfast was a joke I ended up going to gas station for coffee and a sandwich. I paid more to get better and no. I asked for money return and they said complain to booking.com Night Auditor was rude.

The staff

The room. Food left in refrigerator from prior guest, TV does not turn on, lamps falling apart next to bed, no creamer, sugar to have coffee in room. Tub did not drain when showering, breakfast is OK if you eat carbs, no eggs or proteins, 1 small garbage can for whole room. No closet. King side bed had a lump in the middle. This was the poorest room for the money 153 I have ever stay e d in.

Location is great and close to the shopping opportunities when needed. Nice to have the pool for my grandchildren who live nearby. Room amenities were good for keeping snacks and quick need for the microwave. Shower was good and enjoyable.

The spa was out of order and disappointing that it was not available. The bed was ok but a bit hard. Ok for me but not my spouse.

Gentleman that greeted us was very sweet and helpful. Room was ok, didn’t live as as senior citizen , carrying our luggage upstairs. A bit of a challenge.

The breakfast area was a bit unkept. Not really a full breakfast. Waffles, breads and dry cereal, coffee and some kind of juice. Counters definitely need updating. No attendant to clean up spills. No napkins, so we used paper towels from sink area.

Location was not bad.

Staff were that not friendly, there is no elevator so had to walk upstairs to the second floor, the room was dirty, dusty and had sticky floors. The room smelled like men’s cologne when we opened the door. Receipt found on floor. Hot tub did not work as we were not told about this at check in so wasted a trip back down stairs. When we checked out and shared how bad the room was the front desk staff said the maid was no longer going to be employed and she had documented she only spending 20 minutes cleaning the room. We didn’t get offer a refund or anything. Just that she knew the rooms were dirty.

Convenient to restaurants

Light on my side of bed didn’t work and the light shade was really stained. Looked awful.
