Travelodge by Wyndham Yampa

The staff was very helpful when asked. The amenities were few at best. The towels didn’t smell freshly cleaned like they have been sitting on a shelf for awhile but were nice and white. The shower drain needs some cosmetic repair.

Penny's Diner had a very good breakfast and a pleasant lady cooking!

Bed was comfortable.

Stained pillows, dog hairs on both chairs of one room. Thought fridge was badly scratched but they were marks that cleaned off. Inside of one microwave not clean. Shower taken in one room with no sign of a leak at all - but in the middle of the night the floor was found to be swimming in water. This could have been very dangerous..potential slip and fall.. Carpet in lift had clumps of trodden- in mud, and there was an area by the side door that wasn't pleasant at all .The diner next door looks good on photos...it was in fact pretty grim.

Poor check-in procedure (at counter for cafe) Passkeys didn't work. Dirty property At checkout when asked for a receipt the staff was too busy feeding 5 loud customers that she didn't have time Not worth the over $100 cost Too name a few disappointments

This place is in a bad location away from everything. If you don’t mind that then you’ll be fine.

Got to the room and it was clean, however when we opened the mini fridge there was food in there.

Someone else’s leftover food in the fridge, went to breakfast the next morning at Penny’s diner.. sat down with my family and was only served coffee. I got a cup but she needed to make more coffee for my son. She made one pot, (3 carafes there) and poured three cups for another group. We waited and she never came back to our table so we put $6 on the table and left.
