This place is a dump. It stinks everywhere. All fabrics stained including carpets in hallways.

Nice staff

The front desk staff were fantastic. Very friendly, and very accommodating as we were in town for a wedding and needed an early check in - let us in no charge, no problems. We were very thankful. The out premises itself were OK, however the inside did have a musty smell to it. After running the A/C in the room all night it didn’t go away. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

There were homeless hanging around door. Drugs, drinking, fighting, a gun involved. Pounded on door connecting rooms at 2:30 am. So afraid I stayed up The rest of the night. Police were there twice. No ice bucket or cups. No coffee pot. No breakfast. Waffle maker no mix or syrup. No toaster no coffee

Checked in and immediately checked out after seeing the room.

The hallway had a horrible odor. The room was outdated and wasn’t clean. I think people actually live in the hotel. Multiple people were sitting on the ground outside of the front and rear entrances smoking vapes, cigarettes, and who knows what else. I didn’t feel safe. That’s why I immediately checked out and found a different hotel to stay. The very courteous staff member at the front desk promised me a refund that would take 5-7 days to show on my credit card statement.

The bedding was dirty and stained upon arrival, clean bedding was requested and the new bedding was dirty and stained. We could smell cigarette smoke from neighbors rooms in our room. All that was available for breakfast was waffles.

The walls in the bathroom were filthy. The bathtub was cracked and chipped. The staff checking in and checking out was rude.

Close to where we wanted to go.

There should at least be glasses or cups in the room for like “when you brush your teeth “.
