USVery comfortable bed, and clean room. I was impressed with their having a recycling basket in the room, this should be the norm, but it stood out and was appreciated.

The room smelled weird despite seeming clean. We saw a man who was clearly tripping out of his mind on some drugs on the balcony of the hotel opposite ours (not this hotel). Made us feel kind of unsafe even if it was a guest of another hotel. Breakfast was very barebones, even for American hotels.
USWith more than 50 years in the hospitality industry there are certain things I check as soon as I enter a hotel room. One of them is the damp rag wipe test on the bathroom floor. This one passed with flying colors. All of the countertops, Linens and even the remote or spotless. I would definitely stay here again
There is one maintenance issue that could easily be remedied. There is no airtight seal around the front door so you can see daylight and of course there are drafts.
USUSMotel was close to 101 freeway. Lots of big trucks parked on the street next to motel. Office staff was friendly and responsive. Room was medium sized with basic furniture, fridge and microwave.

Wasn’t the cleanest, our tv wasn’t working kept flashing. Went down to tell front desk. Wasn’t helpful and called our room late to see if it was working. Woke my babies up. Had drunks around us that made it uncomfortable. Bath tub was dirty. No tissues. Pillows were so worn out.
