Coastal Inn & Suites

Overall it was a good stay slightly outdated. They sent text messages to keep you informed or if you needed assistance which was awesome!. The man at the front desk(im assuming the one in charge) was great and very accommodating. He was able to move my room upon request because my inital concerns. He was also VERY helpful! Beds were very clean and actually comfortable. All the doors were secure around the property so you need a keycard to access the building(excluding the lobby door) Only thing is the carpets are dated and can use a steam clean or replacement. And AC could be serviced (not getting as cool as it should). With that being said I have seen far worse than this. :)

My unit was very clean,had what I needed and mgt was extremely professional and courteous!

Staff was nice and professional.

Beds where hard and made noise every time you move. Bathroom had mold. Exhast fan was very loud Air conditioning didn't work very good. Room was warm and humid

Could of had better chairs in the room.

Hard stiff bed.

We did not stay,carpets very dirty,there was hair in shower and sink,very musty smell,overall why not clean carpets or tear them up and just go with vinyl flooring,waste of money

have gotten a better quality room here than places that cost a lot more. I appreciated the no smoke policy because there was no smoke smell anywhere in the building. Everyone was very friendly! The room was clean, neat and looked just like the pictures online. The only suggestion I would have to guests is that if they plan on bringing an additional person to double check the fee that comes along with it. I didn’t end up bringing an extra person but I noticed that the Wilmington location mentioned that it would be $25 but I saw a different price on the website. I could be wrong though, but I think it would be smart to look into it just in case.

I couldn’t even stay at the hotel. There was an addict outside, the table lamp and alarm clock was on the floor because the bedside table was gone, stained carpet so bad you couldn't tell what color the floor originally was, the room was downstairs the huge window was on the floor level and view was of a gated business, there was pests playing in the tub, and it looked nothing like the pictures, the card scanner to get in the room looked like it could easily be hacked, it felt unsafe, the first time we left there was a guy who looked like he was walking out with a sex worker, and some guy walked in looking higher than a kite with no shoes or a shirt on. The place felt dirty, unsafe, unsanitary, outdated, and the energy was off I didn’t stay there long at all. Upon my arrival I also found out it was in a sketchy area because there’s an opioid addiction clinic next door

It was more than i expected in a good way coming from cleveland ohio
