Good staff and breakfast. Clean room.

Very convenient and comfortable.

Sticky beverage rings all over nightstand and desk. Floor was sticky. Hair in bathtub. Towels are awful. Hotel has thin walls and was noisy. We didn’t sleep well. Don’t believe the reviews or pictures. Worst of 7 hotels we stayed in on our trip. Overpriced.

Noisy; an alarm in a vacant room kept going off at 5 a.m.for three days in a row. The clerk would not take care of the problem. T.V. was not connected and the clerk failed to fix it after two requests. No working room phone. No clock. Not safe for elderly and limited guest. Uneven pavement and side walks. No elevator. No safety bars in the tub. Unable to contact the hotel before the scheduled arrival. Then to top off the entire horrible experience, the trains were rumbling, screeching, roar through all night long. Yeah it was cheep - I wish I could get my money back as housekeeping took my personal pillow that I brought with me.

Room was clean and bed very comfortable even though it is old. Only problem was the bath towels. They are terrible. Could not hardly get dry after my shower! They definitely need to invest in new towels!

I reserved this hotel due to it being associated with Wyndham. What a mistake!!! At check in I had to pay $200 deposit since I was a Cheyenne resident. There was nothing on the website that told me this. Then at check out they HAD to go and look at the room to be sure I could get my deposit back. I am 74 years Old - What would/could I do to the room??? The bathroom was so small you couldn't open the door if you were at the sink. No Grab Bars in tub for safety. I requested to be on the 1st floor due to the hotel not having an elevator. IT wasn't first floor - it was a garden level with RAMPS to get to it!

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE YOU STAY HERE! As a precursor: I have never considered leaving any kind of review for any establishment, that should demonstrate the extremity of this situation. My wife and I were driving from the midwest back to Eastern oregon and the halfway point is Cheyenne. After 14 hours of driving we pulled into the Super 8 and were helped by Vanessa. We brought our two small dogs with us, which has never been a problem. Vanessa charged us $142 dollars for a room with our extra $25 per dog fee. All that said and done we got into our room and decided to just go get food after seeing a bunch of black hair in the bed. (Good thing we brought our sleeping bags) Upon our return, we went to re-enter our room and there was an older gentleman standing with his luggage outside our room. He asked us if that was our room because the manager had just given them the keys to that same room WHICH THEY HAD ENTERED WHILE WERE GONE. Luckily the folks were of good moral standing and left our personal belongings and dogs alone after entering our room. However, our key cards no longer worked for our room and we had no way to get in to our dogs. I proceeded to go down to the desk where there were 3 other ladies discussing other various issues with Vanessa. Vanessa shrugged off the mistake she had made of giving someone else access to our room and gave me a new key. After addressing that issue, my wife went to do business in the amenities. The toilet, however, was non-functional which we were not told by Vanessa and found out the hard way after using the toilet. I went back to the counter to chat with Vanessa once again. She told me the toilets have had problems and she was aware of what I was talking about. I reminded her again that I had just spent $142 dollars for this headache and asked for some kind of compensation which she told me was not something she could give me. After further discussion, she gave in and offered me $10 dollars off. I told her that was the equivalent of a slap to the face and she told me she was refunding me and that we could leave. Extremely dissapointed with our time at SUPER 8, but do not be discouraged. DAYS INN is just right down the road and is less expensive, much more cooperative and kind!
