Not worth the money you'll save

Check-in and check-out were easy, staff were friendly and helpful, and room was clean and a good size. There isn’t really anything in walking distance, but it’s a quick drive to historic downtown, where there’s a lot of food, shopping, and parks. The hotel is pet and family friendly, but the rooms aren’t very soundproof to the outside—there were children screaming in the hall for most of the evening, which scared our cats. The A/C and the refrigerator in the room were functional, but the A/C was loud and it was hard to maintain a comfortable temperature, and the fridge/freezer didn’t keep food as cold as it should have. The hotel is across from the train tracks, but so is every hotel in Cheyenne, and we didn’t really hear the trains that much; toiletries are not provided (just hand soap and shampoo); and there is no elevator to the upper floors (there is a ramp down to the first floor).

Good room. Good value. Even had a comfortable recliner.

I recently stayed at Super 8 and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable.

Probably the most basic hotel i've ever stayed in. And the continental breakfast was a joke

Check in was quick and the staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean, even had a nice view of a nature preserve in the back.

Very noisy, could hear people walking upstairs thud, thud, every time they walked across room. Room needed more renovation.

The hotel itself was well kept, and our room was clean. The continental breakfast was minimal, with limited options. If accessibility is a concern, be aware that the layout is similar to a split-level home, requiring guests to go up and down stairs to reach their rooms. There are train tracks nearby, and we did notice some activity in the area at night that made us slightly concerned about our vehicle’s safety. While the exterior is lit, it’s not especially bright. We arrived late and left early, so our stay was brief. It also seems like there are a few long-term guests at the property — we noticed LED light strips in some windows on the first floor. One man stood out in particular: he came out suddenly, jumped into a Jeep Grand Cherokee, and peeled out of the parking lot, flooring it. Definitely an odd moment. All that said, for the price and the purpose of a quick overnight stay, I was overall satisfied.
