The fridge in the room worked and there was coffee..

The floor was dirty, the bathroom door didnt close. The room had a smoke-like oder clung to it. The front desk person wasnt even at all enthusiastic.

Pedí un cuarto no smoke y el cuarto tenía mucho olor a cigarrillo el baño necesita un poco de inversión ya que la bañera estaba pésimas condiciones

Good value free breakfast good location

Room was not very clean and in need of repairs. Ripped lamp shade and shower curtain. Cigarette burns in bedspread.

Continental breakfast was a hit or miss. Bed sheets were dirty, crumbs on bed from prior guest (s). The tables were dirty. The rug was filthy, wasn't vacuumed

Our beds were clean and very comfortable. The room was quiet and no smoke smell. The bathroom was clean. Air conditioning and WiFi worked great.

The bureaus were broken. No room service. Entryway always smelled like marijuana. Felt sad for homeless population that were living there though most were very kind and polite.

Love the location and the staff were kind caring and professional. Especially the young lady who checked us in . She was amazing and has a great soul. Bed was comfy and enjoyed the shower

The place could use some tlc . It’s getting run down and could do with a strong maintenance/ cleaning team . We were very disappointed in the breakfast … there was nothing there ??? And the place reacked of cigarettes dispite the no smoking policy … need to enforce that better and not promise a breakfast if there is nothing there . Light bulb in the bathroom needs changing out or ballaster needs replacing too. Don’t let this amazing hotel and location get ruined
