It was affordable

The room wasn’t clean properly. It was red hair (weave) on the side of the bed near the window. And a lot of people had pets that didn’t clean up after themselves. Last but not least, the TVs should be updated. I had to call maintenance 2x because the TV didn’t work.

The staff was working as hard as they could. There were several door keys that weren.t working during a flurry of arrivals at the same time I arrived and I was unaware that there was no handicapped room with a walk-in shower which is what I requested,

Pretty much everything. It is obvious that this place undergoing a major renovation and I appreciate their effort. However, they basically had only one manager and one or 2 assistants, running around all night putting out little fires. Additionally, at breakfast the next day, there was only one woman working in the breakfast area. She was alone setting up, preparing the food, refilling the chafing dishes and the other items, and cleaning up. They need more staff

That management and employees were very, rude, inconsiderate and didn’t want us using the amenities that came with the stay, asked for towels 2 day didn’t get any

Hotel is tired and looks to be poorly maintained

Very clean and fresh smelling. Room size was amazing.

The staff was on the phone thru her ear bud and didn’t bother telling us the handle for the room would only work if you pulled it up. The housekeeping attempted to access the room prior to our late check out due to communication issues which caused the dog to be upset when I opened the door.
