Econo Lodge Athens I-65

I didn’t get to stay so I should get a refund. When I tried booking it the app said it wasn’t available so I went and rented another room at another facility!!

Ran out 20 min after it started. Coffee was horrible

The toilet seat pinched u when sat down. Not enough towels and no extra available

The room was not what we expected. The doors for both the bathroom and the exterior were grimy. They had not been wiped down for months. The sheets had stains on them, even though they appeared clean. The entire room didn’t feel clean. On another note, Expedia was terrible. We drove all day. We were exhausted. When we arrived to get our room. The reservation through Expedia would not go through. We made several calls to Expedia, but we couldn’t talk to anyone. The call back time they said was 15 min, but it turned out to be 25 minutes. Then it was several minutes after a person called to finally get it right. Total time about an hour. The front desk says this happens periodically with Expedia. I really think I will avoid Expedia in the future.

This hotel is filthy. Not only that but the toilet fell off the wall and wobbles, the filth on the doors and floorboards was beyond filthy. I had a very difficult time sleeping know the heater had mold. I would shout to everyone not to ever stay there.

Dirty room scary ,

The staff was super kind and check in my reservation was for a smoking room, so I dropped my bags and came back later. Didn’t think I needed to look for ashtrays, or to see exactly where the fire alarms were positioned, which it did not matter because anywhere in the room I smoked the fire alarm went off each and every time so I had to fan it with one of their very then towels…. I’m sure I inconvenienced everyone around me and just think I had to go to Walmart and buy a three dollar ashtray because there were none in the room and I only had 2 cups so I couldn’t do a makeshift one other than that great!!!

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had!! The old lady in the front was absolutely awful! Roaches in bathroom. The door was open when we got to our room. Batteries wouldn’t work in remote. Then when I asked for some more the old lady acted like it was a major inconvenience for her then asked if I could just change from the tv? What??? Then told me she would just give me a refund to just go get my stuff. She was absolutely the rudest old lady.

We loved the condo at pelican resort. The apartment was fully furnished and almost exactly as pictured.

The staff was very friendly

No breakfast.
