Did not have a telephone. Had go to the front desk to ask for cleaning service after two days and report a slow draining bath tub. The 3 available wi fi sites were all horrible. I accessed all three but they all stopped downloading after a few minutes regardless of which site I tried to use. They really didn't have access to a wi fi.
