California Suites Hotel

What I liked most about the stay was the staff. Everyone working there was very nice, and whenever we needed something, they brought it right away.

The room had drawers and cabinets under the sinks and stove, but many of them were dirty, sticky, and had a bad smell. I also found a cockroach coming out of and going back into a hole between the kitchen sink and stove. Outside the room, in the hallways, I also saw a few dead cockroaches. Overall, cleanliness and pest control need improvement.

Good location and room was clean.

I like that there was a pool and a hot tub with extended hours. So, I was able to use it at night until 10 p.m., and in the morning until 10 a.m. . The security gate was good to have. The interior yard in the hotel is very pretty with all the trees. It feels like an oasis in the city. The room was clean, and the staff was courteous.

I like the fact your hotel gives us the news paper

The day time staff always have an attitude everytime I check in.especially Marcella and the other night time lady I think her name was Reina its like I dont disrespect them at all but they always give me attitudes for no reason .
