Wow !! I booked this hotel after reading the reviews and I am so glad we chose this property. It's locally owned and has cozy bed and breakfast vibes in the hotel. The room was cozy and had a sofa in the room & bed was very comfortable. The staff was so welcoming and accommodating. Evelyn at the front desk remembered our names and had water for us each night we came in. They even helped with treating a cold on the last day of the stay, really going above and beyond. I didnt take them out but met another person staying there who took the bikes out and recommended that too. The hotel is also centrally located in Edgartown and we could walk everywhere and didnt need much transportation except to the ferry. You can easily do a trip to Edgartown without a vehicle if you stay here central to the shops and restaurants. I cant wait to come back to stay here next trip !

My friend and I stayed for a girls getaway to celebrate our 40th birthdays (no kids or husbands); The staff went above and beyond with balloons, salt water taffy and more, to help us celebrate this milestone birthday! Not to mention, the hotel is in a great location!! We will be back!!

The hotel doesn’t have an elevator, so beware if you have problems with stairs. Our initial room was very tiny and smelled like wet dog. We talked to the front desk and they begrudgingly gave us a different room. Our friends had the same problem. Then our friends were moved to a side with an elevator. My wife asked if they could move us and the lady at the front desk was incredibly rude. I have bad knees and as such, problems navigating stairs. She said we complained too much and could use the wheelchair lift, but it was super slow. She was a horrible representation of the hotel that cost a lot. Will not return to this hotel ever!

We liked the fact they had bikes and umbrellas. The morning breakfast was very good as well. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to others for sure.

This property was great. The rooms were a lot more modern than I expected and the staff were just as good. I will be staying here again sometime. It was a great experience.
