I was in two different rooms both disgusting and the one had bed bugs and yet the manager refuses to refund my money by far the dirtier hotel I’ve been to
USThe room smelled like smoke. The paint in the room and bathroom was old and doesn’t match. The hotel needs a lot of up grades and remodeling.
Great place for the price range. Clean, quiet, and with big, plain rooms. I just wanted a quick overnight, and this was perfect. Plus there some good restaurants within a couple of miles. I'll stay here in the future.
Just had the worse experience of my life at this particular Econo Lodge. The blue haired lady at the front desk was nodded out to the point where I tried multiple times in waking her up. I knocked on the window and called several times. She never woke not once. I had my seven year old son with me and this was very scary for him. I also have pictures of management wants them! What kind of management would allow there employee to work like this? Absolutely disgusting! Stay off drugs! I'm a choice member and for some reason I can't write a review on there so l came here but I'm going to try to put this review everywhere!!
They don’t have a pool and that was one of the main reasons I booked here so false advertisement then no house keeping at all I stayed for 3 night and had to keep calling front desk for new sheets to make my own bed and had to take out my own trash
USUSAfter a long day of driving, I was looking for a evening meal and a nice rest. Upon arriving at the Middletown Va Econolodge, I discovered that other than McDonalds fast food, there was no other food available. So I had to get back in my car and go search around (in an area unfamiliar to me) for someplace to eat. I find it really frustrating that overnight accommodations are not located in places where various food establishments are also convenient. Expedia (and the other travel sites) do a crappy job of recommending hotels without nearby food selections.
USThere was no breakfast which was ok considering the cost of the room. For once the pillows were not oversized marshmallows but comfortable. Room was clean, quiet and on the 1t floor.
