carpet in halls tripping hazard, subpar breakfast, need more lighting in parking area…felt unsafe at times, room had unpleasant odor, required me to place a refundable $100. fee on my credit card

Close to family reunion, comfortable bed

Air was off when we got to hotel so it was extremely hot and smelled AWFUL. The refrigerator didn’t work and as we were leaving we had a roach crawling up our door on the hallway side.

Found smeared blood stain on both sides of the bathroom door in our hotel room. We left right away and the hotel manager had the audacity to tell Expedia that I never informed the staff and that I actually stayed the whole night in that room… also found dried stains on the bed sheets and comforter with a broken lock to the sliding glass door in the back…

The grounds and the doors make the hotel look abandoned. Our sliding door had no screen and broken drapes that wouldn't close completely. They put minimal items out for breakfast. By 7:30 everything was gone. They are very stingy with towels. Floors were filthy. The family that owns the hotel gather in the lobby in the evenings. I went to the front desk for towels and they looked at me like i wasn't allowed to be there. The hallways smell like smoke and old food.

No one was at the front desk during check in or check out. Had to call a phone number to get service. The overall area felt sketchy and as a woman traveling solo, I didn't feel safe. There was no notice of a $100 deposit that would be charged, it was frustrating to have to pay that and wait to be reimbursed. The king room was large and decent, saw stains on the sheets. Overall not the best experience.

They did not return my deposit, and will not answer my call, will be contacted by my lawyer, and the toilets in some rooms don't work

Tiolet didn't work. Pillows and blankets sucked. No breakfast available

This is an old motel that rents rooms. People live on the property and their belongs are everywhere. It should not be registered as a destination on any platform. I did not stay here because it was so disgusting inside the room. Nor was I given a refund. Horrible experience. It should just be apartments for low income if needed.
