Comfort Inn Green Valley, Arizona

We liked everything, although short staffed nothing was left undone or neglected. Service was excellent, the receptionist was kind and helpful and even asked us about our visit with our friend who has terminal cancer. She was concerned and very very kind.

Last minute availability, inexpensive, and allowed for our pet. We needed it as our air conditioning at home quit.

The smell. There was a large 55 gallon garbage can tucked around the front door. Overfilled with the days garbage. It smelled so badly, you could smell it coming through the front door. You could smell marijuana smoke in the lobby, coming from one of the rooms. That seems to be quite common now as we have noticed that in quite a few hotels we have stayed in over the last year. A little annoying in a supposed non-smoking hotel. One can only hope that they are getting chargedas the front desk made it quite clear that one would get charged for smoking in the room. Then maybe that will change over time. Our room had a minor urine smell. That of course, comes from staying in a pet room, but there were obvious markings on the base boxspring of the bed. That probably just comes with the territory.

Excellent service, location, abd comfort. Friebdly environment and great vibes.
