It is a very beautiful and historic building. The shower was AMAZING.

The breakfast was really expensive (16,50 euros) and didn't have much variety. The elevator doesn't go till reception. You have to climb 2 flights of stairs.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Bett war bequem. Das Zimmer war sauber und ruhig. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, fast direkt am Rhein, um entspannt Richtung Zentrum zu gehen. Wirklich schön. Zum Musical haben wir 15 Min gebraucht. Nur ein paar Schritte vom Hotel haben wir problemlos einen kostenlosen (sonntags) Parkplatz gefunden.

Exterior of the hotel was nice. Person on reception was amenable.

Despite contacting the hotel six months before our trip and asking for two single beds (as I was travelling with my son, they gave us a room with a double bed. They said they could change us to a room with two beds but I would have to pay €50 to do so. The manager would not change their mind on this, despite two requests. I think this is unacceptable.
