The food was delicious and location is central

Dirty room with dust and cobwebs, rusty accessories and appliances, no towel, no internet service and indifferent staff attitude(not rude but couldn’t care less. They said the hotel is always full and if you don’t want it, I can give the room to someone else. Cash was collected on arrival but no receipt was provided. Only after I complained, they gave me a receipt on my way out. This property should not be on booking.com

"Overall it was nice staying."

our stay was comfortable and got local conveyance like Taxi easily available during stay. We ahve booked Delux Room but taht was not as per our mark. So we requestd them to upgrde rooms and they provided us other rooms as per our choice with reasonable upgrade charges.
