Good quality hotel in a reasonably central location. Very friendly and helpful staff, breakfast with many delicious food options. The room was clean and of good quality, with all the necessary amenities provided. Pub located at the premises was a nice place to relax after a day of sightseeing.

The whole interior of the hotel smelled of humidity. Swimming pool was not available due to renovation, and this information was not disclosed before reservation.

1] Breakfast selection was good. 2] In-house bar was good = quiet. But very limited food choices.

1] Hotel refused to provide 2 keys to the room even though there were 2 of us staying. 2] Gym was locked and unattended. To get in you had to re-program your room key to let you in. But then had to re-program the key again to get back to your room! 3]. We couldnt get hot water in the room. Maintenance person came and said you had to run the water for 20 mins to get hot water. Seemed such a waste of water and it still didnt work. After second complaint a more experienced person came and said the Hot / Cold indicators were the wrong way round and you had to turn the knob towards Cold in order to get Hot water. If not possible to fix the pipes at least there should be better information and staff training on this.

It was value for money. Good location. Breakfast options were good.

My bathroom was stinking very badly through my stay. It was yuck.

we felt shortchanged as it was an online booking thru your portal...we were allocated a room in the "Annex" which appears to be old and poorly maintained. though the rate charged was 6k per night, it was more like a bare bone small room. the bathroom was tiny, with minimal toiletries, flush was leaking, water from the shower area came out, service was really slow and needed reminders
