"A qualidade caiu"

Eu e minha esposa gostamos muito desse hotel. Já nos hospedamos algumas vezes nele. Dessa vez a hospedagem não foi tão agradável. Nesse sentido, destaco os seguintes pontos que, a meu ver, precisam de atenção e melhorias: a) Enxoval: está velho. Toalhas desgastadas. Ruim, isso; b) Limpeza: a roupa de cama não estava com um cheiro agradável. Especialmente, os travesseiros. Será que foram mesmo trocados antes de acessarmos o quarto?; c) Ducha: demora muito a chegar a água quente, e, por vezes, durante o banho, a água esfria; d) Local do Café da Manhã: imaginem! O complexo dos hoteis Brasil 21 tem, salvo engano, 3 torres. No dia 2 de janeiro, todos os hóspedes foram atendidos num só restaurante!! Resultado? Fila imensa na porta. Em tempos de pandemia e surto de gripe, isso foi terrível!

During covid the room had a lot of dirty spots which i brought forward to staff and was not given a discount or consideration. In the other countries i travel thus is not accepted. It was quite gross. Blackout curtains were ripped and did not black out the room. Staff is very kind and breakfast was excellent.

"Sem Vista para Qualquer Coosa"

O hotel é bom, mas, estando ao lado do parque e do eixo monumental, os aparte tos.com vista para o complexo Brasil 21 tem um visão péssima, não tendo custo benefício justo. Ficamos sufocados e c visão para outros prédios, não podendo apreciar qualquer detalhe de Brasília.
