Hotel was centrally located. easy to walk or catch trams. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. They have a hospitality room where you can wait if your room is not ready. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice for all tastes. The hotel has lots of restaurants close by.

We had read reviews of noise from adjacent rooms however other than hearing a voice next door on occasion it didn't appear to be a big problem

Camera piccola, ma confortevole pulita al quinto piano con un bellissimo terrazzino vista città. Location strategica per potersi muovere in città. Fermata del tram di fronte parcheggio subito a fianco Nicetoile . Colazione con prodotti di qualità e tanti locali.

staff members were extremely nice and helpful, especially the front desk woman Breakfast had a pretty good variety Bathroom was small but appeared very clean Location - close to train station, tram, bus, restaurants, shops, old town, good ice cream shop, and Promenade

Wi-Fi was very weak, almost non-existent. Go next door to the restaurant, have a good meal and use their Wi-Fi. It's very strong there. Housekeeping does not leave coffee/cream in the room. We had to go to the front desk to get our coffee, and to the store to buy our own cream. Stairway going to the 2nd story was dirty. Did not leave a good first impression when we arrived.
