The customer service Representatives at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The janitorial staff members were friendly.

I would have preferred a large bar of soap or liquid soap since it was 4 in one room and 3 in the others roin and softer bath towels.

La señora de la recepción fue muy amable. La sección del desayuno estaba limpia y en orden, y con buena atención para quienes quisimos comer algo rápido antes de irnos.

El baño del cuarto estaba asqueroso, la tina y el lavado estaban tapados y se llenaban de agua sucia cuando se usaban, fue algo muyyyy desagradable 😡. La cortina de la tina estaba sucia, claramente no habían limpiado para nada el baño.

It was comfortable for what we needed.

There is no elevator or ice maker which would have made the stay better.

The price

The bath tub was clogged. The toilet barely flushed. The bed wasn't that comfortable.

The staff was really nice, the room was a good size and the price was good

The place reeked is cigarettes especially in the hall. The smoke trey needs to be moved farther from the rooms imo. Was pretty gross smelling. The hot water was never hot on weekends. The shower would frequently back up.

The property actually looked like the photos.

The room where very clean miss love and miss d was the most friendly people there and the manger I didnt get his name but he was very nice

Well the fire alarm went off at 1030 at night we thought but is was gas alarm and there was problem with the hotl water and we where stand in the parking lot wait on fire man to clear the building so we could go to bed sat morning there was no hot water and bug on my counter and when I went to speak with the lady in office with this matter she was rude I was there to talk to her about another matter but before I could say anything she look at me with rude voice said I know there no hot water I did speak to the manger about this matter the lady had short hair and was older lady but she was rude I almost check out ask for my money back but I didnt I have stay with them before that why book there I never had a problem
