Amazing location. Staff was very friendly! Great room with fridge & microwave! Location was fabulous!

Lots of parking, clean, quite place to stay and reasonably priced. Old school, but solid! I will return when I need to stay in Poulsbo.

Friendly staff, clean and quiet.

Nice motel, but I was misled on price. Called on phone quoted $120, arrived, checked in and signed for what I thought was $126 total but didn't contest since it was close to phone quote. Later at home got my bill for $140. It would be nice if I was told total before signing. All other businesses show total with tax before being charged. I just called and he said they could print a receipt at check out, but I have to specifically ask for the TOTAL price after tax. So asking, "how much will it be?" only gets you before tax price. Sure wish businesses could be more transparent instead of trying to hide taxes and fees. I had planned to start staying there when near on business, but will just have to plan on staying elsewhere do to their business practices. One of the places I had called in Silverdale was a little cheaper and VOLUNTEERED the after tax price, but I figured I was already in poulsbo so would pay the extra $20. If I had known it would be $40, I would have driven to the Silverdale location. Even if not as nice of a motel, I like to support businesses with honest business practices. Or maybe it was just the employee I dealt with; train them better (unless that is your policy to only quote pretax price).

I’ve stayed 3 nights here in 3 different rooms. All the rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. All the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. The rooms are not necessarily newly renovated but very well maintained and clean. Think ‘cozy cabin’ more than Ritz-Carlton. 2 rooms were standard hotel sized double queens with all your typical amenities. 1 room was single queen, very large with a full kitchen (full size fridge, stove, etc.). There was plenty of free parking. The pool was open in early fall. It was warm and clean. I’ll definitely stay again when life brings me to Poulsbo.
