Front desk staff was friendly. The beds had been made but the trash and some clothes from the previous guest was still in the room. There was not extra toilet paper and the front desk had to scavenge some from another room. The dresser drawer had been broken off. This room should have been checked and not allowed to be rented in that condition.

Check in went okay but it was someone new and didn't know a lot of the questions I was asking. Room was nice and comfortable and clean. However, the entrance to the parking lot really needs to be repaired before it damages a car or someone trips.

Don't ever book this hotel! It doesn't matter how much time you give for canceled room. They will not refund any of your money!!!

The bed was uncomfortable and the USB outlets didn’t work. It had a weird odor in the hallways and back entrance. TV was small and not impressed for the price

I was in the area for work, so just needed the room for a night. I noticed a lot of rocks and debris walking up the stairs and down the hall to my room. Once I entered my room, I was shocked to find more gravel and trash all over the carpet. It appeared that the linens were changed and that was about it. There were pee stains on the floor and down the toilet. Sticky, grubby, hand prints could be found everywhere, on the bathroom door handle and on the dresser. The night stand, desk, and coffee table were also left smeared with mystery sticky messes. Upon asking to have another room, I was told that they were fully booked, housekeeping was not in today, and no one else was available. The shape of this property and the lack of staff are unacceptable. Stay, literally, anywhere else.

Property was great and staff was friendly. Just need to fix their parking lot. Otherwise it was a great stay!

The room seemed not cleaned, needed to be vacuumed, and it smelled

Had the feeling of a homeless men’s shelter. Old, water stained, scratched, mismatched furniture you would find in a Goodwill or Red Cross. Had a giant, metallic children’s bunk bed in the corner of the room and we have no children. The bathroom is worn, peeling, depressing. Was not comfortable to shower, sleep, lay down and the front desk clerks refusal to come down to speak with me as the front desk continually was vacant also left me with not best feeling for staying.

Bed was clean and comfortable. However, facilities in general was a little dingy though mostly serviceable. My room had a broken wall lock, so I used the deadbolt and a chair in front of the door. The staff also told me my room number out loud, which I never love as a solo female traveler. Overall, it got the job done.
