How close it was to the airport

The elevator was broken, their system was down at check in. The beds were lumpy and very uncomfortable. The WiFi kept buffering, the tv would buffer. We asked for a shuttle to the airport and they told us 6 mins, we waited 15 and went and told them. They called and said 15 mins. We waited and it still didn’t show up. Then we saw the shuttle pull in but it never came to get us. 45 mins later he drove by, rolled down the window and it was broken, just wait here. We got an uber 🙄
