Quality Inn Atlanta Airport-Central

Tenía la reserva confirmada y cuando llegue me dijeron que NO tenían espacio. Con tanto frío y sin saber dónde ir me fui caminando a otro hotel a las 1:30 am de la mañana.

Bed was comfortable No knives/forks/spoons at the breakfast poor selection of drinks aet breakfast front desk staff, not very welcoming.... just average. heating was good in the room location, a little in the outskirts but managed

Terrible management. Giselle specifically i believe is the manager. They don’t handle anything. Just stealing money. The elevators never worked. Hallways smell mildewed. Breakfast isnt food, they serve plain bread, cereal, and have a waffle maker for waffles, and they go frantic if you take what isn’t even considered a meal to your room. Meanwhile people have doordash orders as trash in the hallways from eating in their rooms. Management is very argumentative and not professional with conducting herself. Very rude and have seen her speak with other guests the same treating to call the police when someone is telling them they are wrong. Just a waste. This place is filthy.

prices and the staff was great (young lady that checked me in was so sweet on 1/25/26 Long dark hair)

elevator was broken, other guests were loud that is of no reflection of the hotel though. Room was clean, Iwas able to controls the heat and the tv was huge. It was a good stay for 9 hours :)

Absolutely horrible experience. Smelled of weed, inattentive receptionist, damages in the room. Front desk didn't pick up calls -- the woman working there was even ignoring the phone when we did Uber there to check in. Turns out the shuttle stops running at 10pm, despite being advertised as 24/7. Shuttle in the morning was also late and reception had no idea what was happening. Save yourself the hassle and stay somewhere better!
