Island Seas Resort

The room was a little outdated but it had plenty of space! Had a beautiful private beach and a beautiful pool with a swim up bar. Lulu was amazing and she took great care of us! She had amazing customer service! The bar and Restaurant are open till 8 and Lulu was doing an amazing job at running both!

Not well maintained or managed. On site grocery, shuttle, and swim up bar no longer exist. Hot tub was broken. No ice maker in refrigerator or on the property. Full kitchen equipped with a beat up 7” fry pan and 2 small sauce pans and no cooking sheets for the oven. No spatulas so couldn’t even use the frying pan for eggs. Bed was hard as a rock. TVs very old and fuzzy and no WiFi that support a fire stick for movies. Location was wonderful and staff was friendly. Beach area and pool was clean were the best things

Comfortable, quiet, lovely beach and area, but dated. It's a small resort, with basic amenities, nothing fancy

Positives: - Beach access was GREAT - quiet location if want to read a book and lay by the pool - food and drinks were good and reasonably priced - staff was friendly Negatives: - WIFi connectivity is terrible (either intermittent or nonexistent) - Activities were limited and should have been more since there’s nothing close to the resort - Rooms were dated, needs a total renovation (kitchen, bathroom, beds, furniture) - Towel service was slow. Rooms were cleaned early but towels arrived after 3 most days - No bellhop or service to assist with luggage which is a problem since there are 3 floors with no elevators

Pool and hot tub area in poor condition. Hot tub wasn’t heated pool was cold no one could swim. Umbrella’s all torn and broken. They allowed local kids groups to stay at resort. They were extremely noisy and running around everywhere.

The location was perfect and private. But the facilities felt not clean and outdoor equipment, umbrellas, lounges, were broken

staff was very nice and helpful. our unit looked ready for refurbishment. phone did not work, one bathroom tub looked terrible, our bathroom faucet broke mid-week, microwave handle was broken, refrigerator door opened the wrong way restricting access. repairs were made promptly and staff was pleasant and helpful. living room a/c sent a cleaner smell out.

The room is dirty. Mold and hard water stains Bathtub broken on the bottom other walls cracked Short black hair prevalent in both bath rooms. Furniture is old not very comfortable. A beer is 8.75 today no beach towels The pool is very 🥶 cold. Would not recommend Food not very good. Sad

This place is extremely dated. Our room had black mold on the lamp, the AC struggled to keep up and the unit was rusty. The restaurant is in dire need of a new ventilation system. Only 3 umbrellas at the beach. I feel sorry for the workers. They are nice but are fighting a losing battle with the resort ownership in limbo. It needs a 25 million revamp.
