The breakfast was awesome and the staff was great. The sky lift over to Telluride was a great addition since we didn't need to worry about finding a place to park in town. The cookies in the lobby were great too!

We have gone to the Inn for several years, and each time reminded just how special it is. From all the diverse amenities, the amazing room, friendly accommodating staff, delicious breakfast, nestled in the beautiful San Juan Mountains. Truly the best experience ever!

"The Inn at Lost Creek - Great Experience"

Great location in the village, friendly people and great service! My wife and I wanted to try something new after staying at The Peaks the previous two trips, The Inn at Lost Creek did not disappoint! Our room was spacious and provided the charm we were looking for. Complimentary breakfast, coffee and water were a plus.

"Absolutely Amazing!"

I almost don't want to leave a review at all, as it would be glowing and everyone would choose The Inn at Lost Creek to stay. It was jaw-dropping wonderful, and probably the best hotel I've ever visited. I stayed in a one bedroom suite with a Juliette balcony facing the gondolas, which got me to Telluride in 15 mins or so. The price was lower than other Mountain Village hotels but has been rated higher in most reviews. If you stayed previously, you get a 20% discount for the next booking (or stay five days for the same discount). Daytime high temps are around the 70's in the middle of July. It rains a bit in monsoon season but not enough to ruin your outdoor plans. The hotel is nearly 75% surrounded by the San Juan Mountains, so you'll get a great view. The staff were always friendly and informative. If you're driving, it's valet parking only and does not cost more. I live in Denver and drove to Telluride. It's 6+ hours but it feels shorter given the mountain sites on the way, plus a fast sports car. Be careful regarding the altitude. The Inn is around 9500 miles above sea level. I live at 5280 miles, had an alcohol drink upon arrival and it hit me more than I expected. In sum, as far as I know, The Inn at Lost Creek is the best place to stay in Colorado's Mountain Village. There are condos for rent in Telluride and maybe they're great. However, I'm thinking of reserving a room at The Inn for the Telluride Film Festival. I'm officially a VIP so, please, ignore my glowing review and find a Motel 6,
