Location was good for event we were attending. Staff was courteous and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable even though in old section.

Place was under renovation and in disarray. Looks as though BW recently purchased this property from another owner. Breakfast was lackluster even for a hotel. Rate charged by Booking.com was significantly more than Best Western was offing the week leading up to my stay.

Loved how close it was to Hershey Park.

The hotel was under construction. Literally construction dust all over the elevator and lobby. Last time we stayed my kids loved feeding the ducks. They are also gone. Not sure if it’s because of all the construction or they just decided to get rid of them but we were really disappointed that they were gone.

The hallway was under construction (they said it was an "upgrade"), had missing outlets, smoke detectors hanging by wires, other wires exposed, no water pressure, water stains on rugs

Jasper was very sweet and informative about the area and gave us great information about what was going on locally.

The hotel is undergoing major renovations. we thought the hotel was closed or condemned at first. ceiling tiles are all missing from the hallways, there are wires hanging down from the ceilings, and there are huge boxes from floor to ceiling blocking half the lobby. and there is no real signage letting you know you are in the right place

When we arrived at the hotel, it was totally unacceptable. The parking lot was empty. There were dumpsters everywhere. When we walked in the lobby, it was dark ceiling panels were all out, and there was not a soul in sight. The receptionist was very nice. She explained that they were under construction. She understood that we did not want to stay at this hotel.
