We had an absolutely fantastic dinner at the lounge! Klever was the ultimate host—incredibly gracious, attentive, and welcoming from the moment we sat down. Not only did he make us feel like VIPs, but his service was lightning-fast, keeping our drinks full and checking often to see if we needed anything. After a long day driving, Klever truly made our night!

The best thing about the property was the staff. Everyone was cheery, friendly and helpful. The gym is open 24 hours and was small, but definitely adequate. For people with insomnia, being able to go to the gym at 4:30 as a godsend! I didn’t use the pool, because I just didn’t have time but I saw kids they’re really enjoying it. The Starbucks coffee made on site was also excellent

I've stayed at this hotel every time I come to visit my parents, and it never disappoints. This trip was no exception. The room was newly renovated, very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The Wi-Fi was also strong and reliable, which was important since I had a few work meetings during my stay. What keeps me coming back, though, is the staff. Kam is always friendly, welcoming, and willing to help with anything I need. During this stay, a major snowstorm hit the area, Barbara helped in the kitchen to make sure guests were taken care of and had something to eat (staff couldn't get to work). Seeing that kind of effort and teamwork really stood out to me. Overall, everything was excellent. The hotel is quiet, clean, dependable, and staffed by people who genuinely care about their guests. It remains my go-to place whenever I am in the area, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay

Hotel was super nice and clean, and Keshona at the breakfast food station was the nicest woman I’ve ever met!

The staff were wonderful! Polite and smiling. The room and amenities were well arranged, clean and comfortable. The pool was delightful, slightly cold in the area but the water itself was warm and clean.

No shower gel in dispenser and no soap in the shower. Only one regular coffee pod in the room when reservation for two. No water in the lobby in the morning and I checked between 6 am and when we checked out at 9 am.
