because of the extremely warm temperature of the pool. they have to realize that in the summer in florida with temps averaging 90+, there's no need to heat the pool. wasn't refreshing at all everything else was excellent

Buena ubicacion , buena piscina, personal amable

Tuve problemas con la llave electronica en mas de 2 oportunidades, tuve que ir hasta 3 veces al desk para solucionar ese tema. finalmente me cambiaron toda la cerradura al dia siguiente . Sé que esto no es común pero me llevé un mal rato, la primera vez me cambiaron la llave, la segunda vez me volvieron a cambiar la llave , la tercera vez enviaron a un tecnico, la cuarta vez tuve que esperar porque la llave maestra no funcionaba. Al dia siguiente me cambiaron la cerradura.
