WE PAID FOR AN OCEAN VIEW. We got a room with little to no ocean view. It cost us $100 more per night…. Not cool.

"This was not a $200 hotel room. I expected a lot more"

Our room smelled musty as soon as we walked in. The unpleasant smell made the room feel dirty. There was food left in the fridge from the previous guest. Bed was not the best. Pillow were even worse.

Lobby and staff were fine, but the room had no view, and was somewhat difficult to find. No restaurant, just a bar with food, which we didn’t try.

Location, rooms, pool..

Morning front desk staff was very nice and helpful. (Barbara and young girl !). BUT, Manager was awful, and afternoon staff at fron desk as well as in the restaurant very very unpolite! Same experience as 2 years ago!!! Happens when there is a bad manager. Pity cause the hotel is great! But very bad when you needed some help or service. Laudry man and cleaning ladies very nice!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Easy Stay, Amazing Time! Had an absolutely wonderful experience during my stay! Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and accommodating, making the whole stay feel effortless. Perfect location and great amenities. Can’t wait to come back!
