They ask for my PIN number and when I was at home they was using my card buying at Apple Store. So I have to cancel my card and they never return the service fee.

In the bathroom had pubic hair a lot of it, it was so gross

The front clerk was not helping at all

Man at desk gave us a one bed room had to go tell him we have a two bed then went in two very small beds stained up bad the sheets and cover two bath towels only had to go down he gave us one bath towel and one hand towel said there was no more no stopper for the tub refrigerator and microwave is unplugged had to wait for it to get cold the only thing good about it was warm water. No wash cloth at ALL. Took the two towels that was in the room and one towel and bath towel that the frontdesk man gave back to the desk the next morning along with the key that he gave us for the room. A lady was really nice and thanked us the man seem put out cuz he had to find towels for us. There was a security car driving around
