Price!!!!! easy access to restaurants, beds,

We had one Bath towel, One face towel, in our room (2 adults 1 kid) my husband had an argue with the housekeeper begging her we need more towels She refused!! My husband literally had to go to Front office and once again beg these ppl for more bath towels made us late of our reservation in the city we had because we couldn't shower 🚿...

I checked in, went to the room and instantly noticed the sheets were dirty. I returned to the front desk and requested another room due to the filth. I received another room, but encountered the same issue. I went back to the desk and he offered a refund or a nonsmoking room with a deposit. Why should I have to pay a deposit when you can’t accommodate me?! I asked for a refund and left.
