DO NOT STAY HERE. Area wasnโ€™t horrible but rooms were!!!! Roaches everywhere. Would not refund or give a better room. Will never stay at a motel 6 again because of this place

"Motel 6 in Farmer's Branch, Texas "

My stay at Motel 6 in Farmer's Branch was uncomfortable. The AC unit was uncontrollable, knobs not working. You had to plug it in and unplug. The curtain over window had several holes, the room had an unbearable stinch of sewage. There was No refrigerator or microwave in the room. It was very inconvenient.

Upon arriving to my room , a staff next door was coming out from cleaning while smoking marijuana in her hand. Room smelled like complete cigarettes . Mold on the window and shower curtains. Tv wasnโ€™t working . A big renovation needs to be done

The pics were misleading about the room. The room had Bugs all over the room. I asked for a Non-smoking room because I have Asthma. It reeked of cigarettes. Shower needed to be cleaned, so I purchased bug spray and cleaning supplies. The girl that checked me in on Sunday night was very sweet & friendly. My key card would not work the 2nd day even though I paid for 4 nights. Also the breaker on the air conditioner popped on the 2nd day, yes they got it fixed. I had to check out a day early, requested a refund, the front desk person said they would call with an answer. I did Not receive the refund, but did Not receive a call either.
