First room had a clogged toilet second room had water turned off because of leaking faucet and pipes

It was a very convenient location for where we needed to be and the price was very reasonable. The mattress was comfortable.

There were blood stains on the sheet, the bathroom light above the toilet was out and the toilet seat was broken. But worse than all of that, I asked for a non smoking room but the smoke smell was so strong it took until the 2nd day with the air running and leaving the door open from time to time before it wasn't overpowering. I would have asked for a room change but it was very late when we actually went into the room and I was too tired to deal with it. The pillows were pretty flat but we managed. And what was supposed to be a blanket was thinner than the sheet so it was pointless.

Worst experience we’ve ever had these didn’t work to get in. Had to go to the office more than three times nothing worked out help me shower was disgusting!
