Check-in was quick and easy, and the front desk clerk was very friendly and welcoming. I was in a king room and was pleasantly surprised at how large it was. It would be quite comfortable for a longer stay. Check out was also very easy and quick.

The parking lot was a bit crowded when I arrived just before midnight so I had to park a building away from my room, but since I was staying only one night with little luggage it wasn't a problem. The only other issue was the very loud guest stomping around in the room above mine, but that didn't last too long.

Leider wurde nicht richtig sauber gemacht. Es Lage Haare in der Dusche - auch bei Ankunft, die dann nicht unsere Waren. Auch die Oberflächen waren nach dem 2. Tag etwas staubig.

This hotel is designed like a modern American-style motel, situated in an area with many other hotels, between two highways. We stayed in a room facing the interior, free from traffic noise. The service is no-frills, but if you are traveling, it is perfect.

I did like my room, they were able to put me on the second floor as requested. The jacuzzi was full of bubbles that were caused by the cleaning products. I literally had to scoop out the phone but it just kept building up. I did let the staff know, but even 4 days later the jacuzzi was still filled with foam littered from the elements. I also really enjoyed the swimming pool.

When I checked in, there were two young women who were working at the front desk. I was having difficulty with my digital credit card. I asked to use the phone to call my bank, and was told no I could not use their phone. Both women had a poor attitude and did not make me feel welcome at all. The refrigerator totally froze everything, all of my dreams were rock hard iced. Maintenance turned it on to level 4 and the next day is when I saw that everything was frozen. I even tried to turn it down to level 1 and nothing was working... Lastly, I tried to use the iron in the room. However it was an older model and was leaving marks on my clothes. The ironing board was probably from the 1980s. The only positive that I can say about the staff was when I called about the iron late at night, the man who answered at the front desk was very kind. I believe his name was chris? I'm not really sure but he was able to get an iron from a different room and have security deliver it.
