"Miserable experience at a hotel chain that should know better."

The bed worked.

The staff guy behind the desk showed no interest in providing any kind of service. I had booked the room 6 weeks in advance with clear instructions for a downstairs-only room, only to get there with a 2nd-story room and NO elevator. I'm awaiting hip replacement surgery, so getting our luggage up and down the stairs was a major event with great difficulty, and the staff person couldn't have cared less. The room was minimally adequate, with dark lighting, no closet, and a door that shut but with obvious cracks around various sides, making it feel insecure. Fortunately, at leastt the shuttle service to and from the airport did work well. But I would never stay here again, regardless of the price.

Rooms outdated. Along with the building. Going up the stairs the corridor was like a oven and felt stuffy.
