Ramada by Wyndham Frankfurt Central Station

It was near the Central station and many restaurant in different test and cuisine were around the hotel.

I book for this hotel but when I went to reception at nearly 8:00pm, they informed me hotel is overbooked and they arranged my accommodation in another hotel, 300m far!! This is first time happened with me!! They should inform me earlier and should have my consent to do so!

Breakfast was in another hotel a short walk away. Tasty, just not much left by the time I got there. Lady at reception directed me to a great restaurant for dinner, thank you.

Room was a bit dated, but ok

Location was okay room was clean.

Had to hand over a deposit of 50 euro's. Have never had to do this with a hotel ever before When asked when I would receive it back was told TWICE that it would be on the day I checked out. Didn't get it back had to email and told it would take.upto.swven days. Real hassle and stress not needed. TV, could not work it, just wanted standard TV but only showed netflix which I couldn't work as in someone else's account. No real area in the hotel to.get food either. Would not stay there again.

Nettes Personal, Zimmer ok und sauber, von daher alles in Ordnung

Man muss 50,- Kaution beim Einchecken bezahlen! Beim Auschecken muss die Rezeptionistin zuerst hoch in das Zimmer und checken ob alles in Ordnung ist, dann muss kompliert das Geld zurückgebucht werden. (die arme Dame, das bei jedem Gast ?!), dann war das Frühstück nicht im Hotel, man musste mit einem Gutschein in ein anderes Hotel 400 m entfernt. Diese beiden Punkte sind für mich ein NoGo - keine Wiederholung

Es war verhältnismäßig ruhig.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, man kam sich vor, wie in einer Katakombe. Der Internetzugang im Zimmer 202, war sehr schlecht.

Personalul amabil, dar nu foarte curat si nu poti dormi bine deoarece e foarte mare galagie. Cabina de dus f mica este un chin sa te speli
