The location was fantastic, central to the main street lined with shops, bars, bakeries and restaurants. It was a short walk to the beach, which was also perfect for our weekend plans. We really appreciated the early check-in and the offer to hold our bags after check-out. The staff were friendly and helpful. The value (for a hotel room in Venice) was good, and our room had a lovely terrace with lounge chairs that we enjoyed. The A/C worked well and cooled off the room nicely.

The bathroom was outdated and required climbing into a tub to shower; and the seal on the glass was torn, causing the shower to leak not only onto the bathroom floor, but onto the wooden floor in the bedroom. This is a hazard for guests. I actually slipped trying to step out of the tub. The pillows were dense and flat; we requested a second set and that helped. The bed was overly firm nothing about the bedding (or the towels) was plush.

Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja auttavaista. Kaikki hoitui erinomaisesti. Hotelli oli hiljainen ja aamiainen terassilla oli hyvä monipuolinen ja pöytiintarjoilu oli sujuvaa.

Het ontbijt mocht uitgebreider. En de,airco werkte niet.

O atendimento foi otimo, cama confortável.

Café era pago a parte. Toalhas muito pequenas. Distante do centro de Veneza.
