"Missing luggage"

I've always liked the location and the amenities that were available I've spent probably 4 or 5 times at Summer Bay resort however this time I left a carry-on suitcase in the unit I called and it's never been located or found or turned in I should say it has my jewelry and it my parents that are deceased jewelry in it along with clothing items etc I'm really disappointed in that
