Elevator was down one whole day, we were on 3rd floor and have a special needs adult that has a hard time with stairs. Only bad thing I can say

Resort was beautiful, great for kids, things to do

My room smelled like cat spray, so pungent, had to buy candles and bath and body spray, my cloths that I hung in closet had to have dry cleaned. Checked in late and had to switch 3 rooms, finally was feed up and had to sleep after driving 14 hours. Was stay for son's wedding for 2 days for the 1st part of my s week vacation. Was very unhappy and felt with it so it didn't take up anymore of my time

I i love that this resort is a family orientated and I get to enjoy it every year with my Family.

I didn't like that there was a mistake with my reservation and that I was being charged to change rooms.

Le bruit des machines de clim extérieure que l'on entend fort fenêtres ouvertes et de la piscine.

nous avons loué un appartement tout équipé,avec laveuse et sécheuse, très grand! bcp de piscines, restaurants et activités sur le site 15 min des Parcs Disney et Universal, Publix juste à côté
