Nothing lmao

Room was dirty as hell . Dusty , stain on the bed and food beside the dresser. Walking to our room there was bags of trash on the floor. On top of seeing employees drink on the job . I called down to the desk when i was there twice to complain because we also saw a roach. nobody answered just to go down and see the big lady sitting behind the desk on her phone. The front desk general manager told me I would receive a refund later ignored me for days straight. After I got home she hung up on me told me im not getting my refund

Hot everywhere. No air on elevator, halls, or rooms we used. They bought fans!!

The location was great, size of room not bad, bathroom could have been a bit bigger

Check in was horrible did not get a room until after 6pm and with an event going on and supposed to be non-smoking, the smoke and smoking was horrible. Really affected the overall stay

We like going to this hotel as a jumping point for our trips

No luggage carts, asked front desk and basically blew us off without any kind of answer.. We had a week's worth of luggage and filming equipment to bring in. Three trips to the car later and a hernia.. You get it.
