I’ve been a World of Hyatt Globalist for over 10 years, and just when I thought I’d seen everything from Hyatt’s meticulous service, I experienced something new here — what I’d call effortless, cool service. It started at check-in. Melody, the front desk manager, set the tone right away — relaxed, confident, and genuinely welcoming. When I casually asked about a different room, Rebecca, the hotel manager, immediately stepped in, took full ownership, and personally handled it. Within minutes, she found and secured a better suite for us. That moment said everything — leadership that doesn’t just oversee, but delivers. That same mindset carried throughout the stay. We were celebrating a special occasion, and without asking, a bottle of champagne was sent to our room — exactly what I’ve always believed: what Hyatt can, they do before being asked. The real standout came at the end. After the standard 4 PM Globalist late checkout, we still had several hours before leaving at 8:30 PM. Not only did they take care of us during that gap — they arranged a separate room for us to relax in all the way until we left. In all my years as a Globalist, that was a first. Rebecca even said, with a smile, something along the lines of, “sometimes it’s worth bending things a bit to take care of a guest,” — and that perfectly captured the approach: thoughtful, guest-first, and confident. From the concierge going out of their way to help, to every interaction at the front desk, we felt genuinely taken care of throughout. Rebecca (hotel manager) and Melody (front desk manager) made this stay stand out — and delivered a level of service that felt like a true Hyatt Hotels experience. Thank you Hyatt for these gems

I recently stayed at Dream South Beach and had an amazing experience. The hotel itself is a beautifully preserved historic building, and the rooms are stylish, unique, and full of character. What truly made my stay exceptional, though, was the team. Everyone was attentive, welcoming, and highly professional. A special shoutout to Juan Carlos, the concierge, who went above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic time. He took the time to walk me through the hotel amenities, shared great recommendations for places to visit, and made sure I didn’t miss out on anything fun happening nearby. When there was a pool party at the hotel, he even helped me free secure tickets, which made the experience even more memorable. I would absolutely recommend Dream South Beach to anyone looking to enjoy the energy of South Beach and have the ultimate Miami experience. Thank you again for such a wonderful stay!

Derek was an absolute delight! My husband and I joined him for blackjack by the pool in Miami, and as a complete beginner, I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction. He made the game feel simple, engaging, and genuinely fun, all with an easygoing vibe and great sense of humor. What started as just the two of us quickly turned into a lively group as other couples joined in, and before we knew it, we’d made new vacation friends over a few hands of blackjack. We had such an amazing time!! the weekday happy hour is so worth it and the tacos are some of the best i’ve ever had. even when we were paying full price on the weekend we had a fabulous time, the vibes were immaculate and we got to meet detek, who led a bunch of us in pool-side blackjack. i cannot recommend this place enough, especially compared to the nearby options. you should absolutely stip when you’re in south beach!!
