The staff was great at the hotel and inside the restaurant.

No hot tub!

I love the property because it had a beautiful balcony and a wonderful restaurant on the premises would definitely stay again.

What I didn’t care for was there was no tub, but no biggie

Staff was approachable, friendly, and helpful. They made our stay welcoming. Will be returning in the future.

Something that was left out of the reviews I read and helped tremendously was the Shuttle service, to and from the small downtown area. The Inn is also a short walk away from the downtown area. The Inn also does pickup and drop-off at the Ferry. That was a great option I accidentally learned about and helped out greatly with cost.

TV service in the room was interrupted...channels kept becoming scrambled and got annoying when watching. Probably due to satellite service.

Beautiful view from the balcony of the room. This place was so pretty and peaceful and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I would have stayed much longer if I could. The restaurant/bar on property is excellent as well. Beautiful island hikes start right outside the hotel entrance. One of the few pet friendly places I could find. They also offer a shuttle to and from the heart of Avalon; the walk from the ferry to the hotel is still short and pleasant.
