Front desk lady was wonderful in every way

Service , facility, shuttle to downtown,

Choice of food was average. Lack of sufficient flexibility for checkout time.

Nice hotel. Decent sized room. Not luxury but probably par for the Island. Staff pleasant. Well situated above the bustle of the main town. Buggies easy to get.

For the money, room and facilities (food), felt a little basic.

The rooms were very small, been traveling for two years - the smallest I've stubbled upon.

The hostel restaurant was relatively good.

0. The service is bad, far away from the standards for a 3-star hotel that we paid for. 1. The hotel front desk staff were very arrogant and rude, and doesn't give useful information. 2. Upon checkout, you can't store your luggages at the hotel for the day (!!) 3. Dirty. We found the face towels in the bathroom smell terribly, like someone's vomit. It was extremely gross. 4. Heated pool wasn't really warm. 5. Overall, a very unsatisfying stay.
