Great hotel for SF vacation. Very reasonable rates. Friendly staff, very clean and comfortable room. There is even a pool table in the lobby. Tons of stuff a short walk. Area around hotel felt as safe as anywhere in SF, just don’t wander into tenderloin district. Great location for public transit, train, trolly or bus all about a 3 minute, if that, walk. Didn’t use parking or restaurant so not sure on those. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very near a mass transit hub with BART, streetcar, bus and cable car access.

Inside the hotel was nice. The lobby and bar are great. The room was small, but quaint and worked for three adults.

Great location. Maybe get a lower floor room. Elevator is really slow.

Nice,quiet hotel that was an easy walk to Chinatown and union Square area .

Overall the room was less spacious, but

26th April When we arrived the room was smelly, the floor was not level and creaked. We were tired and went and had dinner. It was nt until we went to bed that we looked behind the blind and there was all vents pipes etc for motels heating/air con. The noise was horrendous. Then at 100am the person in the next room had a shower or sounded like a freight train or an earthquake coming. We got no sleep. Due to the fact that our booking was done in December why were we given the worst room in the motel? There was one bedside cabinet on one side and nothing on the other. So my personal things went on the floor. We complained the next day and were moved to another room. This room was a bit better, although we could nt put the blind up as the cord was broken. I asked at the motel for a refund for our first night. Was told we need to do it through our travel agent. Our travel agent has requested a refund for this first night and we still have nt heard back.
