Paradisus Los Cabos - Adults Only - All Inclusive

Perfect relaxing vacation

As a solo traveler it would have been nice to have a bar area that served dinner (Zoetry). This way I would avoid the uncomfortableness of sitting at a table by myself. A couple of times I went to the Reserve to snack for dinner, but the same foods were sitting out from earlier in the day, as well as a cheese wheel from the previous day. The cheese was sweaty and almost translucent and the meats were discolored and dried, salads wilted in the tin cups. Nothing was on ice. Therefore I chose to eat room service. The food was good and hot. I did eat at the steak house and Renee my server was very good and kind. The hotel was not crowded at all, but there could have been one or two more pool/beach servers to help. There were may people in different uniforms standing and walking around. Some with all white uniforms “around” saying hello to specific people There were more of those people than the 5 - 7 pool/bar staff hustling about. Although the pool was lovely and very large, I missed an infinity pool. Sernando and Alexx were two genuine and happy employees that made my days even more enjoyable! Because I tend to be a solo traveler, I most likely will not return Paradisus, but the property as a whole is beautiful.

The place was beautiful

The resort is beautiful and overall service was excellent, with the exception of our last night. Breakfast at Malva was amazing—fresh, flavorful, and a great start to each day. Unfortunately, the rest of our dining experiences were inconsistent. We had lunch at Aqua Marina, which was just okay, but the drinks tasted artificial. Dinner at Tokimeku was the standout—delicious and consistently good. On the second night, we tried Sante. The sole was well-prepared, but the prawns were mushy, disintegrated, and tasted old. On the third night, we dined at Capella. Again, the drinks tasted artificial. The spaghetti aglio e olio portion was tiny—child-sized—and the chicken piccata with mushrooms was so salty it was inedible. On our final night, we planned to dine at Cielo, but it was unexpectedly closed. With limited options, we returned to Sante. This time, everyone ordered the sole and salmon, which were both good. We ended the night at Tokimeku for dessert, but the service was noticeably worse than our first visit. While the staff was generally wonderful and the grounds stunning, the beds could have been more comfortable. The resort should also improve food quality and drink options across venues, and notify guests in advance about restaurant closures—especially when planning meals around them.

Our stay was very pleasant. The service and the food were excellent. The beach lifeguard was very attentive, and the beach bar was super enjoyable.

Paradisus gave us the most luxurious experience ever! The concierge service was amazing. The Reserve Lounge was a great touch to elevate the experience. The food...THE FOOD! This was the best food we have ever eaten at an all-inclusive resort. Drinks were top shelf. The rooms were great and if I had a "boo" on this trip, it would have been even better! ;) We are looking forward to returning. First time in Cabo, but not the last time at Paradisus!

We had a wonderful time celebrating our 20th anniversary here with a small group of friends and family. The hotel was everything I expected.

We booked this trip last minute and so glad we did! we usually do all inclusive resorts with big groups so this was the first time just my husband and I & we loved it so much. We weren’t expecting to stay busy throughout the stay whether it was water activities, dining, fire dances, music around the resort but every day there was something new. Truly such a memorable trip. Staff was so attentive and sweet. Fernando was our concierge for our trip & he exceeded all expectations. 100000% will be back.
