"The Road Warrior's Worst Experience"

This was one of the worst properties I have ever stayed in. The area has a boarded up Red Roof and other properties appear abandoned. The hotel property is littered with trash everywhere. As I approached the lobby, a VERY strong smell of curry hit me. The front desk woman was efficient but lacked any friendly welcome. The room smelled !! The A/C was noisy; the shower curtain was falling down. The nearby ice maker and hallway noise was to load to sleep soundly. At 7:30am I went to the lobby for breakfast; the only tray of eggs was almost empty and dried up. I went to the desk and asked when more food would be brought out. The girls response was, "It takes too long to make." There was nothing edible remaining, so I went to the nearby Barrel. If possible, I would rate this property a perfect ZERO.

Property is conveniently located near the inter state for a night stop. Area around the hotel is quite run down but we were safe through the night. Breakfast options were adequate.

The hotel itself was not bad for the price, however our room had a heavy mold smell and my partner and I both woke up with sore throats. The carpet felt damp, the shower soaked the bathroom, and without a window to open or bathroom vent, there really was no air circulation besides keeping the room door open.
