Quality Inn & Suites I-40 East

The front-desk staff was very pleasant and welcoming. Not enough breakfast options for vegetarians. Overall, the hotel looked very dated. There were apparent burns/holes in one bedspread. There appeared to be some sort of bodily fluid or lotion of some sort on the seat of one chair that had to be wiped off. This stay was our 3rd of 4 Choice Hotels facility to stay at over 10 days. The beds here were the least comfortable. At the check-in desk, there was a rather creepy sign about guests within 50 miles paying security deposit. The hotel is located in a more industrial area of Little Rock.

This hotel was in an area that was run down and seemed to be closed businesses and hotels. The night we stayed wasn’t busy. It seemed there was only 4 or 5 guests total.

Room and staff were great.

People going up and down the halls at 3 am made it difficult to sleep. Walls and doors didn't block the sound.

There was a homeless man hanging around around the area outside and had gone in the lobby when I was moving my car. The staff handled it nicely and he went on his way.

Never got my room cleaned or extra towels

Pet fees are per pet, NOT per reservation, as was stated. I wouldn’t have chosen this hotel had I known this.

The jacuzzi tub did not work, nor the treadmill in the gym. The staff tried to fix the treadmill and were very apologetic. Did not eat the free breakfast as all options were cold, and processed foods such as cereal, etc.
